Cost and Availability

I offer both short term and long term therapy to individuals.

A reduced fee is charged for the initial session in order for you to review the counselling contract and talk about what brings you to counselling. This will allow you to decide if you wish to have further sessions. These regular sessions would commence the same time and day each week.

Initial 50 minute taster session - £35

50 minute therapy session - £50

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations, or the full fee is required.

Currently I am offering telephone and zoom counselling.
