About Me
I am an experienced psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over a decade of practice in mental health and wellbeing. My work spans charity organisations, NHS services, private-sector settings, and my own established private practice. I also work within the University of Cambridge, where I support students, staff, and fellows. Across these roles, I have worked with adults of all ages and backgrounds, helping them navigate a wide range of personal, emotional, and professional challenges.
Alongside my broad experience, I specialise in working with professionals in high-responsibility roles, including lawyers, CEOs, leaders, and individuals in similarly demanding environments. At present, much of my practice centres around supporting women in these positions, though I welcome and work effectively with clients of all identities.
I hold a master’s degree in psychotherapy, as well as postgraduate diplomas in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (SFCBT) and PTSD management. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I am committed to maintaining high professional, ethical, and clinical standards in every aspect of my work.
If you would like to discuss whether I may be the right fit for you, please feel free to get in touch.
