Integrative Counselling

Many people who come to therapy appear, from the outside, to “have it all.” They are accomplished, capable, and often relied upon by others—yet internally they may feel lost, overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in cycles of overthinking and self-doubt. The strategies that once helped them succeed can slowly become the very patterns that drain their energy, affect their relationships, or distance them from their sense of purpose.
Therapy offers a space to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we will explore your story, make sense of what feels confusing or overwhelming, and build the emotional clarity needed to help you move forward. My aim is to support you in restoring a grounded, confident sense of self and developing ways of living that feel more sustainable and authentic.
My areas of special interest include relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem, identity, anxiety, burnout, and the emotional impact of long-term health conditions. I bring a calm, steady, and thoughtful presence to the work, drawing on many years of experience supporting people from diverse personal and professional backgrounds—including lawyers, CEOs, and women navigating high-pressure environments.
In addition to my clinical practice, I am a qualified supervisor. I provide supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists, and mental health professionals at all stages of their careers, including those currently in training. My supervisory approach mirrors my therapeutic ethos: reflective, relational, and grounded in ethical, attuned practice.
“We think we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy. Yet listening, of this very special kind, is one of the most potent forces for change that I know."
Carl Rogers
